I like what Paul states in Ephesians 3: 16 - "I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources He will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit."  What a strong statement.  We need this inner strength every day because we don't know what may lie ahead.  Many times, we are caught off guard when trouble comes suddenly.   The Holy Spirit helps to keep us calm and strong during tough times even when we don't notice it.  This is why Paul tells us to pray Jesus will be more and more at home in our hearts.  We need the Spirit and His unlimited resources.
